Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities. You will participate in Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a high school diploma also acceptable. You will support daily operations, inventory replenishment, and performance targets across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; deliver outstanding service and resolve issues.
• Monitor and pack orders; manage Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store processes.
• Support jcp.com operations: investigate order shortages/overages, perform binning and reporting.
