JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities across Customer Service & Sales, Fulfillment, and general operations. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate order processing, and reliable inventory support.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a HS diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers, delivers outstanding customer service and promotes products and services.
• Monitors Enterprise Fulfillment systems, picks orders and packs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manages jcp.com operations, investigates order shortages/overages and completes shipments and returns.
• Replenishes store inventory with Merchandise Associates/Assistants and participates in annual inventory.
• Meets performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity and attendance.
