Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greet and assist customers; deliver outstanding service; promote products and services; collaborate with team.
• Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitor fulfillment processes, pick orders, and ensure timely packing and ship-from-store activities.
• jcp.com Operations - Address order shortages/overages, process shipments, assist with stock management and transactions.
• General Operations - Replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards - Meet standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance.
