JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, and general store operations.

The role demands customer-focused service, accurate order processing, and active participation in inventory and stock control. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with HS as a minimum requirement; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, and productivity.
