Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.

You will greet customers, assist with product findings, and promote services while ensuring accurate order packing and timely fulfillment. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a high school diploma also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet and assist customers, provide outstanding service and promote products.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, pack orders, and complete Ship from Store and BOPIS tasks.
• jcp.com Operations – research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check‑in, stock area maintenance, process orders and returns at the register.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory with team, participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards – meet standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance.
