Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate in the United States to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com strategies. You will support Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations, while meeting performance standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and a strong focus on customer experience, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school degree required.
• Ability to solve problems and drive sales, profits and service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet customers, help find products, deliver outstanding service, promote products and services.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor systems, pick and pack orders, and complete ship-from-store activities.
• jcp.com Operations – resolve order shortages/overages, complete shipment check‑in, assist with stock area and order transactions.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards – meet shrink/safety, omnichannel, customer service, productivity, and attendance targets.
