JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of work experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred (HS diploma required), and a results-driven, proactive attitude to improve the customer experience. Eligible for an associate discount and benefits through JCPenney.

• 1–2 years of work experience in retail or customer service.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Results focused with the ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, assist, resolve issues, promote products; collaborate with team.
• Enterprise Fulfillment: monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, acknowledge completion in system; pack orders on schedule; handle Ship from Store/Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.
• jcp.com Operations: research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check-in, stock area maintenance, process deliveries and returns on the register.
• General Operations: replenish store with Merchandise Associates/Assistants and participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards: meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance targets.
