• Monitors and executes Enterprise Fulfillment processes; packs orders and completes Ship from Store/Buy Online Pickup in Store tasks.
• Researches and resolves jcp.com order issues; assists with stock organization and stock area maintenance; processes order deliver and return transactions at the register.
• Replenishes store inventory in coordination with Merchandise/Assistants; participates in annual inventory.
• Meets performance standards including shrink, safety, Omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance.
