Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet customers, assist finding products, resolve issues, promote products and services, work with team.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, pack per requirements, manage Ship from Store & Buy Online Pickup in Store.
• jcp.com Operations – research order shortages/overages, shipment check‑in, stock area maintenance, process orders and returns at register.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory with team, participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards – meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, productivity, attendance targets.
