Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities. You will greet customers, resolve issues calmly, promote products, and partner with teammates.

Responsibilities include monitoring fulfillment systems, packing orders, completing Ship from Store tasks, stock area organization, and register transactions. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience preferred in retail or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service, and promote products.
• Execute Enterprise Fulfillment tasks and process orders promptly.
• Maintain jcp.com operations, stock areas, and register transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and support inventory replenishment.
• Meet performance standards for sales, shrink, safety, and attendance.
