Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks an OGC Analyst – Conflicts, Laterals to join the Office of the General Counsel. You will analyze conflicts reports for incoming lateral candidates, including partners and associates, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Hybrid role with offices in multiple cities; responsibilities include administering reviews, collaborating with Conflicts staff, and producing summaries for senior attorneys. A strong background in ethics and confidentiality is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in a law firm or professional services firm
• Experience with Intapp Open software preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer conflicts review for all lateral attorney candidates
• Obtain guidance from attorneys or Conflicts staff across jurisdictions
• Analyze conflicts reports and flag matters for additional review or Ethics Committee action
• Prepare summaries and report conflicts resolutions to sponsoring attorneys and recruiting
• Coordinate with OGC leadership to triage work and ensure efficient processing
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential, privileged information
