Latham & Watkins is seeking an OGC Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to join the Office of the General Counsel. You will prepare and analyze standard conflicts reports for incoming attorneys, new client business, and various checks, with a hybrid schedule across multiple offices.

The role emphasizes accurate data management, research, and clear communication with attorneys and staff while protecting confidential information and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience; degree optional.
• Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated work experience with professional interpersonal skills, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a law firm or other professional services firm, preferably.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Intapp Open software, preferably.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding conflict check results, missing information, and requirements.
• Update data in conflicts databases and conduct corporate research to verify information accuracy.
• Obtain guidance from attorneys or Conflicts staff to properly evaluate conflicts (lateral candidate, potential client, adverse party, etc.).
• Conduct research on corporate entities subject to conflicts review using electronic databases, Internet, and print sources.
• Analyze and respond to attorneys’ responses concerning potential or actual conflicts.
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information.
