Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certificate or JD preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a legal or professional services environment, plus five (5) years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise conflicts checks and lead a team on major projects.
• Generate performance evaluations and coordinate salary planning with Human Capital & Talent.
• Oversee orientation and training for new staff.
• Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and adhere to policies.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information.
