Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior D&E leader for xPL Offsite projects in Chicago. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver constructible, fabrication-ready design packages and support production release through fabrication and installation.

You will oversee BIM, drawings, specs, and documentation, while promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and prefabrication domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive design project management experience in construction/offsite manufacturing.
• Licensure or PMP/LEED preferred; strong BIM/FD&M knowledge.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams and managing schedules/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead D&E execution across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and prefabrication stakeholders.
• Develop and manage design schedules, budgets, and resource plans for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure manufacturability and lean construction practices.
• Oversee BIM models, drawings, specs, and documentation for compliance and quality.
