Turner Construction Company is seeking a qualified professional to advance xPL Offsite manufacturing initiatives. You will support modular and prefabrication efforts, analyze designs and schedules, and collaborate with project teams to implement efficient offsite construction strategies.

Responsibilities include estimating, cost analysis, risk assessment, and developing scope-of-work matrices while aligning with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field with 3+ years of experience in building, offsite, or prefab construction.
• Understanding of emerging construction technologies in cost, scheduling, estimating, and coordination principles.
• Familiar with BIM and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience in construction engineering principles and techniques.
• Able to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Analytical thinking, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support technical development of modular and prefabrication applications for projects.
• Provide input and project controls analysis during preconstruction efforts to determine beneficial offsite applications.
• Assist with review and evaluation of designs, contractual obligations, and responsibilities for offsite construction.
• Work with design teams to assess design, identify risks, and implement offsite construction strategies.
• Analyze constructability, costs, quantities, and sequencing for offsite products.
• Develop and maintain offsite scope of work and responsibility matrices.
• Contribute to bidding strategies and manufacturing bid lists.
• Support continuous improvement of offsite processes and KPIs.
• Engage with stakeholders to expand offsite manufacturing technologies and applications.
