Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) Program Manager for the xPL Offsite division in Denver, CO. Lead design and construction teams to implement prefabrication, manage DFMA-driven design decisions, and guide cost and schedule optimization across multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years in building/offsite/pre-fab construction, with strong knowledge of BIM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field with minimum 6 years' experience
• Thorough knowledge of emerging construction technologies and applications in cost, scheduling, estimating, and coordination principles
• Knowledgeable about leading-edge technologies (e.g., BIM) and continuous improvement practices
• Extensive experience in construction engineering principles and techniques
• Extensive ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule
• Knowledge of accounting principles and cost control procedures
• Experience managing local and remote staff, able to provide direction, delegation, and performance feedback
• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office suite of applications and collaborative tools
• Limited travel

Responsibilities

• Manage technical implementation of Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) for project engagements
• Lead design and construction teams to identify best fit offsite applications
• Perform detailed technical analysis related to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems
• Guide project teams on constructability, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and construction sequencing
• Determine direction of prefabricated/modular designs and material selections using DFMA
• Review designs for AHJ requirements, contractual obligations and vendor availability
• Collaborate with design teams to implement offsite strategies in the design phase (manufacturing, delivery, assembly)
• Develop project-specific OSM Scopes of Work and responsibility matrices
• Develop bidding strategies and manufacturer vendor bid lists
• Coordinate with BU/xPL procurement for bidding, scope review and award recommendations
• In partnership with vendors, develop QA/QC programs for OSM solutions
• Collaborate with xPL Offsite product development to incorporate products into designs
• Maintain OSM standard work methods and drive process improvements
• Establish relationships with internal teams and external vendors for opportunities in OSM
• Assist with business development and provide data analysis for opportunities
• Provide input to vendor evaluations and supplier selection
