Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Denver is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) initiatives across xPL Offsite projects. You will manage design and construction teams to implement prefabrication solutions and provide preconstruction support.

You will develop SOWs, analyze costs and schedules, and collaborate with vendors to drive efficient offsite construction. A Bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience are required, with travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in building, offsite, or prefab construction.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and cost control.
• Ability to interpret contracts and schedules and coordinate with teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical implementation of Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) for project engagements.
• Lead design and construction teams to identify best-fit offsite applications.
• Perform cost analyses, quantity takeoffs, and construction sequencing recommendations.
• Develop DFMA-based prefabricated designs and material selections.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for OSM scope, schedules, and logistics.
• Establish project controls for schedule, labor, and cost estimation.
