Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) Lead for Denver-based projects. You will manage implementation, guide design and construction teams, and drive prefabrication strategies across multiple business units.

The role demands strong BIM, cost control, scheduling, and DFMA expertise, with proven vendor coordination to deliver complex offsite solutions and improve project outcomes. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field with 6+ years in building or offsite construction
• Knowledge of BIM and emerging construction technologies
• Strong contract interpretation and scheduling abilities
• Cost control and accounting knowledge
• Estimating and procurement awareness
• Project management of competing demands

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction teams to identify best offsite applications
• Perform technical analysis of systems to guide OSM strategy
• Provide preconstruction and operational support for OSM solutions
• Develop OSM SOWs and responsibility matrices
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for bidding and awards
• Establish project controls for schedule, labor, and cost
