Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Offsite Manufacturing Lead to manage the implementation of offsite construction solutions on Denver-based projects within the xPL Offsite division. You will provide preconstruction and operational support for OSM services and collaborate with construction and design teams to optimize methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, supply chain, or related field with 6+ years in building or offsite construction.
• Knowledge of BIM and emerging construction technologies; ability to interpret contracts, drawings and schedules.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and coordination skills; capable of leading teams and meeting deadlines.
• Experience managing local and remote staff; proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical implementation of Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) for project engagements and lead design/construction teams.
• Perform detailed analysis of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical systems for OSM strategies.
• Guide constructability decisions, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and logistics sequencing.
• Determine prefabricated design directions and material selections using DFMA principles.
• Review designs against AHJ requirements, vendor availability, and responsibility matrices.
• Collaborate with design teams to plan manufacturing, delivery, and assembly in early design phase.
• Develop OSM SOWs, supplier options, bidding strategies, and QA/QC programs with vendors.
• Coordinate with BU/xPL procurement for bidding, scope review, and awards; promote OSM opportunities.
