Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) leader to drive the design, execution, and integration of prefabrication solutions across xPL Offsite projects. You will partner with design, construction, procurement, and vendor teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective offsite construction.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least six years of experience in building or prefab construction, with strong knowledge of BIM and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6 years of experience in building/offsite/prefab construction.
• Knowledgeable about BIM and continuous improvement practices.
• Extensive experience in construction engineering principles and techniques.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, schedules and scopes of work.
• Experience managing local and remote staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical implementation of Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) for project engagements.
• Lead design and construction teams to identify offsite applications.
• Develop SOWs and responsibility matrices for OSM strategy.
• Coordinate with procurement for vendor bidding and awards.
• Establish project controls for schedule, labor, and cost.
