Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a qualified candidate to support the technical development of modular and prefabrication applications on complex projects. You will engage with design teams to assess project requirements, risks, and opportunities for offsite construction and related workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration, constructability input, and developing project scopes of work and responsibility matrices to advance OSM strategy and bidding activities. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of offsite or prefab construction experience.
• Familiar with emerging construction technologies in cost, scheduling, estimating, and coordination.
• Experience with BIM and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of construction engineering principles and techniques.
• Able to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Support technical development of modular and prefabrication applications for projects.
• Assist with project design reviews, obligations, and division of responsibilities to enable offsite construction.
• Provide inputs on constructability, risk, and sequence planning for offsite products.
• Develop project scopes of work and responsibility matrices for OSM strategy.
• Contribute to bidding strategies and competitive proposals with manufacturing input.
• Maintain standards and continuously improve offsite processes.
• Monitor KPIs related to cost, schedule, safety, labor, and quality.
