Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Manager at our Mira Mesa center to handle front-office duties, payroll/HR administration, and center financials while delivering a world-class customer experience. The role emphasizes training and adherence to Caliber SOPs in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a customer-facing environment, payroll/AP/AR experience, and a valid driver’s license; benefits include medical, dental, vision, overtime eligibility,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with providing tools, training and information to perform their jobs.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
