Job summary

Caliber Collision San Antonio is seeking an Office Manager to perform all-purpose duties in a fast-paced center. You will support front office teammates, manage payroll and HR-related administration, and oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable with strong cash handling practices.

You will uphold Caliber's SOPs through training and monitoring, ensuring a world-class customer experience for every interaction and contribute to a productive, compliant shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; cash handling per procedures.
• Support front office teammates and uphold SOPs for consistent service.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience in every interaction.
