Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Manager to support front office teammates, handle payroll and HR records, and manage AR/AP and cash handling in a high-paced center. You will ensure adherence to Caliber SOPs and drive a world-class customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing roles, with 2+ years in payroll/AP/AR; a valid driver’s license and eligibility for company coverage are required. Fort Collins center offers a dynamic production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, training and information to front office teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; manage cash handling per company standards.
• Deliver a world class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.
