Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Manager to perform all-purpose duties, including payroll and HR administration, and maintaining AP/AR and cash handling to company standards. The role focuses on delivering a world class customer experience through adherence to Caliber SOPs and ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures.
• Support front office teammates with tools, training and information to perform their jobs effectively.
• Deliver a world class customer experience by ensuring SOP compliance through ongoing training and monitoring.
