Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Manager at our Mira Mesa, San Diego center to support front office operations, payroll and HR administration, and financial tasks including AP/AR and cash handling. You will help train teammates and ensure accurate records while upholding Caliber SOPs to deliver a world-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing role, 2+ years in payroll/AR/AP, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and equip teammates with necessary tools and information.
• Handle payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures.
• Deliver world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs and ongoing training.
