Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Office Manager to oversee front office operations, payroll and HR administration for all center staff. The role includes managing accounts payable/receivable and cash handling in line with company SOPs, while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Applicants should have 3+ years in a customer-facing role and be capable of handling multiple software systems; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing environment
• 2+ years in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and info
• Provide payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures
• Deliver world-class customer experience by enforcing SOP compliance through training and monitoring
