Caliber Collision Union is seeking an Office Manager to run day-to-day operations, support front office teammates with tools and information, and handle payroll and HR recordkeeping for center associates. You will monitor accounts receivable/payable and cash handling in line with company SOPs, while delivering a world-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing role, 2+ years in AP/AR and payroll, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring SOPs are followed.
