Job summary

Caliber Collision Union is seeking an Office Manager to support front office teammates with tools, training and information, while handling payroll and HR admin, and managingAccounts Receivable/Payable and cash handling per Caliber standards to deliver a world class customer experience.

Requirements include 3+ years in a customer-facing role, 2+ years in payroll/AP/AR, and a valid driver’s license with eligibility for company insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and training for teammates to perform their jobs effectively.
• Process payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure center delivers a world-class customer experience by applying SOPs consistently.
