Caliber Collision Seaside, CA is seeking an Office Manager to support front office teammates, provide payroll and HR recordkeeping for all center associates, and manage accounts receivable/payable and cash handling to company standards.

The role emphasizes delivering a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring, while handling multiple software systems and fast-paced priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front office operations and provide tools, training, and information to teammates.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by applying SOPs through training and monitoring.
