Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center staff.
• Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash handling per company standards.
• Support front office teammates with tools and information for effective work.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience through adherence to SOPs and ongoing training.
