Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to support front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information to perform their job. The role includes payroll and HR admin, and maintaining accounts payable/receivable and cash handling per company standards to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and tools for teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• MaintainAccountsReceivable and Accounts Payable records and cash handling procedures.
