Caliber Collision’s Service Center San Carlos is hiring an Office Manager to oversee all-purpose duties, payroll/HR administration and recordkeeping, and center financials, while ensuring a world-class customer experience through SOP adherence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing roles, 2+ years in AP/AR and payroll, and a valid driver’s license. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a production shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsabilités

• Provide front office support and equip teammates with tools, training and information.
• Administer payroll and HR records for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash handling per company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by following Caliber SOPs and ongoing training.
