Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Manager to perform all-purpose duties, including assisting with providing the front office teammates with the necessary tools, training and information to effectively perform their job, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and provide a world class

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world class customer experience by enforcing standard operating procedures through training and monitoring.
