Job summary

Caliber Collision's Fort Collins Service Center on Commerce Dr is seeking an Office Manager to run front office operations, provide payroll and HR administration, and manage AR/AP and cash handling to company standards while delivering a world-class customer experience.

You will support teammates with tools and information, train staff on SOPs, and help ensure accurate records and efficient daily workflows in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures.
• Provide a world class customer experience by ensuring SOPs are followed and training is provided.
