Job summary

EyeCare Partners operates offices focused on Total Patient Experience and profitability. The Office Manager will oversee sales, operations, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety to deliver high-quality patient care while maximizing revenue. The role requires strong leadership, KPI management, and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA.

Qualifications

• Management experience is required.
• Background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors and serve as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Human Resource Management: Recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development of team members to include coaching of KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Exercise judgment and utilize tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating changes in a supportive way.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety rules and waste disposal.
• Execute day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, report generation, inventory assessment, supply ordering, and training.
