Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to drive the Total Patient Experience and maximize retail sales while supporting patients’ medical needs. You will oversee all operations at a given location, including people, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety, ensuring standards and profitability are met.

A Licensed Office Manager may need a State Optician’s License where required by the company. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with doctors associated with the office and act as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Lead Human Resources activities: recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and KPI development.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth by exercising judgment and using tools effectively.
• Motivate team members with positive and proactive communication around changes.
