Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Office Manager to lead a busy optical office, driving both patient care and business performance. You will oversee staff, merchandising, inventory, and safety to deliver a world-class Total Patient Experience and maximize profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, HIPAA/OSHA compliance, and the ability to coordinate between doctors and the office team. A state license where required may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing office operations and staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA requirements and safety standards.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability for a location.
• Background check as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage overall sales and profitability of the office through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Serve as liaison between doctors and office team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members and KPI results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for office staff.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and financial reporting.
• Oversee daily office operations: scheduling, meetings, inventory, ordering, training.
