EyeCare Partners is seeking an Office Manager to lead a location’s Total Patient Experience, driving sales and profitability while supporting patients' medical needs.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and safety, coordinate with doctors and leadership, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards. This role requires leadership experience and a focus on operational excellence.

Competenze

• Office management experience is required.
• Ability to manage location sales and profitability.
• Must pass background check and provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• Experience with KPI scorecards is a plus.

Mansioni

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctors and serve as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop office staff; conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth; monitor cash handling policies and submit financial documents on schedule.
• Motivate team members and communicate changes in a positive, constructive manner.
• Maintain facilities to corporate standards, safety compliance (HIPAA and OSHA), and manage inventory and supplies.
• Oversee scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory assessment, and team training.
