Responsibilities

• Direct and drive the overall sales and profitability of the office.

• HR management: recruitment, training, coaching, and KPI reviews.
• Conduct performance evaluations and compensation reviews for the office team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements.
