Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare in Chesterfield, MO seeks an Office Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding patient experiences. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in eye care or retail management, and strong Excel/Office skills. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Industry related experience will be beneficial
• Favorable result on background check as required by state
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive office sales and profitability through Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors and act as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Human Resource Management: Recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development of team members, including KPI scorecards.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Execute day-to-day operations: scheduling, weekly meetings, report generation, inventory assessment, supply ordering, and team training.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety rules, HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
