Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare is seeking an Office Manager in Centralia, IL to lead the location’s Total Patient Experience, drive retail sales, and ensure profitable operations. You’ll manage team performance, inventory, training, and safety while coordinating between doctors and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, HR activities, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced optical clinic environment. Some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Management experience preferred.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• ABO, NCLE and/or LDO preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute overall sales and profitability of an office location.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and office team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
