Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare is seeking an Office Manager in Centralia, IL to oversee day-to-day operations and maximize both patient experience and office profitability.

You will manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and training while ensuring compliance with HIPAA/OSHA. A state license may be required in some locations; evidence of right to work in the United States is necessary. This role is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Industry experience with similar roles is beneficial.
• Management experience is preferred for supervising office staff.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the overall sales and profitability of the office location via Total Patient Experience.
• Coordinate relationships with doctors and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead recruitment, training, and coaching of team members and KPI scores.
• Conduct performance reviews and oversee compensation evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA and OSHA protocols and cash handling policies.
• Manage daily office operations including scheduling, meetings, and inventory.
