Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare in Chesterfield, MO seeks an Office Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the Total Patient Experience across the office.

You will manage staff, scheduling, merchandising, inventory, training, and safety while ensuring profitability and excellent patient service. Prior experience in eye care or retail management is preferred and ABO/NCLE credentials may be considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABO, NCLE and/or LDO could be preferred.
• Industry related experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctors and office staff.
• Human Resource Management: Recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA & OSHA requirements and safe handling procedures.
