Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare in Chesterfield, MO seeks an Office Manager to lead daily operations, maximize sales and ensure top patient service. You’ll oversee scheduling, inventory, training, and safety while maintaining corporate standards.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with doctors and staff, managing HR tasks, conducting reviews, and driving revenue growth. ABO/NCLE licensure could be preferred; strong MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Favorable background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• ABO, NCLE and/or LDO could be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location through the Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with doctors associated with the office and serve as liaison between doctor and office team.
• Human resources: recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development of team members including KPI scorecard results.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety rules and equipment upkeep; ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: team scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, supplies, and training.
