Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare is seeking an Office Manager in Florissant, MO to drive a world-class Total Patient Experience while maximizing retail sales and supporting patients' medical needs. You will manage all office operations, lead the team, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with doctors to optimize performance.

The role requires HR management, training, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to HIPAA and OSHA standards. Occasional travel between locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the operations of a medical/office location.
• Ability to recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff and KPI results.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive the overall sales and profitability of the office through Total Patient Experience.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with doctors and office staff.
• Lead HR functions: recruitment, training, coaching and performance reviews.
