Job summary

Clarkson Eyecare in Chesterfield, MO is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily operations, maximize the Total Patient Experience, and drive location profitability. You will oversee team scheduling, merchandising, inventory, training and safety, while coordinating with doctors to ensure patient care and retail goals align.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABO, NCLE and/or LDO could be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location.
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors and office staff.
• Human Resource management: recruitment, selection, training, coaching, and development.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety rules and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, inventory, and training.
