Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Manager in San Antonio to handle front office duties, payroll and HR administration, and AP/AR/Cash handling per company standards. The role focuses on delivering a world class customer experience and upholding Caliber SOPs through training and monitoring.

The position requires 3+ years in a customer facing environment, 2+ years in payroll/AP/AR, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for company insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and training to teammates.
• Perform payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Handling procedures.
• Deliver a world class customer experience by enforcing Caliber SOPs.
