Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver elevated concierge-style services within a professional office setting. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with a focus on presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

The role is non-exempt, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with some flexibility. Join a team that values professionalism, guest experience, and teamwork in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, front desk, or client services.
• Experience in professional office hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and assist with event setup.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with AV and catering.
• Coordinate food and beverage for meetings and events.
• Inspect spaces to ensure cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Support daily operations and guest services in a fast-paced office.
• Manage room reservations and scheduling tasks efficiently.
• Assist with after-hours events as needed.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors for events.
