Opensity Solutions is a leading tech-enabled managed services provider delivering hospitality and facilities support to professional offices in Washington, DC. We seek a Hospitality Specialist to ensure high-touch guest experiences, smooth meetings, and flawless event coordination.

You will set up rooms, coordinate catering, manage supplies, and assist with after-hours events while collaborating with internal teams to uphold professional presentation and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience required; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service experience preferred.
• Experience in professional office hospitality or conference services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms and AV equipment.
• Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in offices and kitchens.
• Support after-hours events and coordinate with vendors as needed.
